Founded on November.5th 2006, Wuxi Supercomputing Center (WSC) is co-invested by Wuxi Municipal Government, BinHu District Government and Wuxi National Industrial Design Park. It is located in Liyuan Economic Development Zone.

With first-class facilities and complete functions,Wuxi Supercomputing Center is the first high performance computing platform opening to society in Jiangsu province.

Since the foundation, bearing the idea of “innovation on demand and win-win cooperation”, WSC supplies various services such as large-scale computation and mass storage for different industries including semi-conductor , animation , bio-chemistry, new material, auto-design and IC design, and plays an important role as a public service platform.

With a construction area of 1173 square meters, Wuxi Supercomputing Center adopts the high-efficient computing system—“Sunway-2000A”, with 1 trillion/s of peak speed and introduces advanced HPC software, high-qualified human resources. Looking into the future, wuxi Supercomputing Center will make great efforts to become the first-class HPC public service center, HPC technical supporting center and HPC value-added Service center in China and provide excellent HPC services for Wuxi city, Jiangsu provice as well as our country.
